A amalgamation of two apartments into a luxurious penthouse apartment with a comprehensive interior renovation in collaboration with Poco designs. The planning optimises the internal area, creating a upper living level for entertaining and a private lower level for study, guest bedrooms and master wing. The sophisticated ambiance and blend of dark tones, whilst maximising access to natural light to enhance the overall atmosphere was a key element of the interior design of this project.
The design emphasises a sense of luxury and intimacy through careful attention to detail, texture and the interlace of light. The two story configuration creates a sense of verticality and spaciousness with the living areas forming the heart of the home.
